Catalin Boltasu focuses on civil and commercial litigations, restitution proceedings of certain properties abusively confiscated by the communist regime, real-estate transactions and corporate law, for the benefits of clients all over the world.
Mr. Boltasu has achieved substantial experience in restitution matters and real-estate projects, having been involved in a large number of cases, constantly assisting former owners, landlords, tenants and developers, residing in Europe, United States of America and Israel.
He has successfully represented our clients in front of all important courts of law in Romania, including High Court of Cassation and Justice, in a wide range of complex civil and commercial litigations. Other areas of expertise include insolvency and bankruptcy law, contractual disputes, transactions and negotiations, aspects related to enforcement, legal entities formation and reorganization.
Mr. Boltasu graduated from the University of Bucharest, School of Law, in 2007 and from the National Institute for Training and Improvement of the Lawyers in 2008. He is a member of Bucharest Bar Association since 2008 and he practices in Romanian and English.
