Catalin Boltasu

Catalin Boltasu graduated from the University of Bucharest, School of Law, in 2007 and from the National Institute for Training and Improvement of Lawyers in 2008. He has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2008 and practices in Romanian and English.

Mr. Boltasu focuses on civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, restitution proceedings for properties abusively confiscated by the communist regime, and real-estate transactions, for the benefit of clients all over the world.

He has gained substantial experience in restitution matters and real-estate projects, having been involved in a large number of cases, constantly assisting former owners, landlords, tenants, and developers residing in Europe, the United States of America, and Israel.

Mr. Boltasu is pragmatic, result-driven, and has a solution-oriented approach, providing highly qualified legal representation in the Romanian court system, successfully representing clients before all important courts of law in Romania in a wide range of litigation and disputes.

He has also assisted companies residing in Europe with debt collection, insolvency and bankruptcy claims, contractual disputes, transactions, negotiations, and enforcement matters.
