Ana Matei

Ana Matei has built her career at RMDT over the last 15 years on a unique educational foundation combining law and sociology.

In 2008, Ms. Matei completed her studies at the University of Bucharest’s Faculty of Sociology and Social Assistance, specializing in probation and victim protection. The program provided valuable insights into the human aspects of legal processes and social support systems. Her bachelor’s thesis, titled “Modifications of Main Non-Custodial Sentences from One Criminal Code to Another” reflects her early interest in criminal law and legislative evolution. Recognizing the need to deepen her legal expertise, Ms. Matei later pursued a law degree at the Nicolae Titulescu University`s Faculty of Law.

Her background in both sociology and law gives her a distinctive professional profile, allowing her to approach legal work with technical precision and a deep understanding of client needs.

Her role has evolved from providing basic administrative support to participating in complex legal operations, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to continuous learning. She is detail-oriented in her proofreading and monitoring work, client-focused in managing archives and correspondence, organized in juggling multiple responsibilities across different domains, and proactive in anticipating needs before they become problems.

Her combination of experience, education, versatility, and personal strengths makes her an asset, capable of consistently handling the multifaceted demands of legal administrative and operational work.
