Anamaria Zeles

Anamaria Zeleș is a member of the Bucharest Bar and specializes in civil, commercial, and criminal law, with a strong focus on dispute resolution and complex litigation.

She has built extensive experience in handling a wide range of contentious matters, including civil and commercial disputes, criminal cases, real estate litigation, administrative and labor law matters, restitution claims, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings. Her practice includes representation before all Romanian courts, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice, as well as participation in arbitration proceedings.
Her clients include individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, and corporate clients, whom she assists throughout all stages of dispute resolution.

Her practice focuses on the management of complex litigation files, from pre-trial assessment and procedural strategy to representation before courts and arbitral tribunals. She regularly drafts procedural documents, claims and defenses, and advises clients on litigation strategy in matters involving property rights, restitution, insolvency, administrative disputes, labor conflicts, and criminal law.

Ms. Zeleș graduated from the Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, in 2000 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar the same year. Her professional training further includes post-university courses in public law and administrative sciences at the University of Bucharest, as well as master-level courses in business project management at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
