Our Employment Group advises clients on labor-related and employment issues in the routine course of their businesses, advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Our attorneys in this practice group provide key advice to clients active in various business activities throughout their reorganization processes, as well as clients involved in cross-border transactions in relation to potential risks and consequences of the envisaged changes from an employment perspective.
Our attorneys cover services from day-to-day counseling to companies, to specific advice on procedures to be followed for collective lay-offs of individual termination of employment contracts, as well as assistance on drafting and negotiating individual and collective employment agreements, internal regulations, or management contracts.
