The White Collar Crimes Compendium authored by our colleague Antoniu Obancia has now been published.
The Compendium covers an analysis on business and corruption crimes, with the author’s comments and a focus on case law.
The official launching of the book is scheduled for May 9, 2023, at the headquarters of Rubin, Meyer, Doru & Trandafir, 2 Arthur Verona St., District 1, Bucharest.
